My professional journey began in México as a child psychologist, specializing in Play Therapy and becoming certified in Violet Oaklander’s model.
It was through working with children that I decided to specialize in Perinatal Psychology, understanding more about the baby-mother dyad from the very beginning, safeguarding the sacred journey that begins with every mother-daughter and every mother-son bond.
With this mission in mind, I offer my services both face- to face and online, providing reliable information, loving support, and fostering community for International families in Bremen.
With a holistic approach and nurturing care, I guide children and their families through turning their sorrows into joys and helping them construct positive narratives even in challenging times.
At NAHUA, we believe change starts in the way babies are welcomed into the world and the support mothers receive so they can mother their babies. We join the United Nations in working towards sustainable development goals.
By providing updated scientific information and creating warm spaces where parents and babies feel supported, we aim for every woman and child to experience a healthier and happier perinatal journey.
